Just brilliant, ordered what I thought was the right shade - too light and not enough coverage for me. It wasn’t an issue and the customer services sent out a new bottle with fuller coverage - it’s JUST PERFECTION!! Thank you so much

Great Match and So Easy

I've always struggled with matching foundation and have a cupboard full of half empty tubes and bottles. It's incredibly easy to take a picture and they magically come up with a foundation that matches perfectly. I did have to retry the first time I did it and they very quickly sent a replacement.

Great Product, Brilliant Customer Service

Bought Decyoher foundation and chose medium coverage which unfortunately was a little too heavy for me, responded to an email query from Decypher asking how I found the foundation and when I replied “a little heavy” they immediately replaced my original medium coverage purchase with the same colour in light coverage! Couldn’t believe it and am now thrilled with the foundation
