I received my order in a timely fashion but one of the flags has some severe blemishes. I have tried emailing twice about returning and getting a replacenent but have not heard back. Very disappointing.
Update, i did get a response and they are going to send me a new flag. I will move rating up to 5 stars upon receipt of replacement flag.
