This would be an awesome product were it not for the subscription model required to compete in most 2+ players modes. I feel deceived by all the internet ads and youtube videos for this expensive products which doesn't allow me to create my own challenges promised in the ads. My kids love the product so I chose not to return it but it would be just to allow at least unlimited 2 player mode creation without subscription (only random mode is free).

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding a limitation imposed on the software accompanying your product, which I have recently purchased. First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge that the product itself is of excellent quality. It performs reliably and delivers impressive results. I am pleased with the equipment and its capabilities. However, I must raise a serious concern regarding the blade pod app. Despite having purchased the equipment outright—thereby making it my property—I am unable to create even a single training scheme without subscribing to a periodical fee. This restriction is both unexpected and disappointing. It is my understanding that ownership of the hardware should reasonably include access to basic software functionalities, particularly those essential to the product’s core use. The inability to create a training scheme without an ongoing payment undermines the value of the purchase and places undue limitations on the end user. Thank you Nikos
