I love the coffee but am disappointed that the closure tab has been discontinued from the packaging. I appreciated having it to close the bag for keeping the coffee fresh. I was also disappiinted in the rude way the customer service women handled my concern when i called to ask about the closure tab. She was rude, snippy, and basically hung up. This was not like any call i have ever had in the past.

Peet's coffee always delivers wonderful coffee and great customer service.
