I really enjoy this coffee (got it expresso ground). My "go to" coffee is still Arabian Mocha Java but this was a nice change up, and I highly recommend it

Delicious strong deep flavors of caramel, nougat, dark chocolate, a bit of orange underneath. Yet I grind cardamom with my coffee beans every morning so I also have that xtra umami flavor layered into my morning coffee ritual.
Easy to drink as a pour over for me. It gets a nice foam when pouring.

I would like an earlier roast than 2 weeks. Maybe 3 or 4 days after roasting.
