MOST favorite! I admit i approached the morning in a bad mood. I put too much water and i wasn’t at all ok looking for a quick fix. Then later, i brewed it properly and im drinking Shan Cha right now. Approaching with proper respect, I realize this is the best tea I ever tasted. I put my empty bowl down with care, praise to the Mother of teas!
