This cake is said to have originated in Venice, Italy, and was a huge hit in Japan in the past. Apparently the meaning of Tiramisu is "pull me closer". It's so passionate. It's made with a generous amount of mascarpone cheese and cream, espresso coffee and spirits liqueur. I'm sure the Italians would say Buono.
