Gift Box

Not the same as pictured

I cannot comment on the pillow cases as they are gift so not unwrapped. However a previous purchase was very well received by my granddaughter. The gift box I received is just a plain blue box while the one pictured looks nicer having a symbol on the top and writing on the front. Why is that?

I ordered a gift box for pillow cases I bought. It looked very smart and made the giving of the gift extra special. However I thought the box was a bit too neat, making the pillow cases appear tight for space. I think a box with more generous dimensions would have enhanced the luxurious gifting experience.

I am unable to comment as yet on the quality of the product as it was a gift recently purchased for a family member who is about to start chemotherapy. It looked beautiful and of the loveliest quality wrapped up in the box and the customer service and support from Michelle was outstanding and very supportive for which I am truly grateful. i will post again after it has been tried and tested. It arrived so quickly which was another bonus.
