I love the look and height of these boots. The grip on them is fantastic, even on really slick water-topped ice. The lacing helps them fit around my athletic calves properly while the zip makes getting them on and off quick and easy. I do wish the laces were longer - once I adjusted them for my calves I couldn’t use the top eylet anymore. They are waterproof enough for typical snow and slush, but I haven’t worn them in rain or serious puddles yet (definitly wipe them dry so they don’t get stained though). They’re warm enough for most things, but I wouldn’t recommend wearing them for longer than a quick walk if it’s -15C or colder outside without seriously warm socks inside. They fit a bit small, so if you’re at the edge of a size, size up. I find them a bit stiff around the ankles, heels, and toes; the heel in particular rubs uncomfortablly, though so far it hasn’t caused blisters.

The boots are beautiful irl and they are constructed very well - I can see these lasting years! But they fit way too tight. All my shoes are size 7 but these boots in a size 7 really hurt my feet because they are so tight. I wish i could exchange them for a size 8. Make sure to size up if are going to order some!

I searched everywhere for mid calf leather winter boots for women. I wanted something that looked nice, was black and has an inseam easy on and off zipper. Comfy. To make it better they were on sale.😁
