Excellent J brackets

The J brackets in regular weight are fantastic and look good, the mounting hardware was flawless, hardware kit was for drywall. Will definitely order again a great product and very fast shipping.

J Bracket 12" depth

Installed two 6-foot shelves using three J-brackets on each shelf. I originally ordered the wrong finish and had to pay almost $60 in return shipping to exchange brackets that cost only about twice that amount. Company should offer free returns. The replacement brackets are well made and provide the look I was trying to achieve. However, the inherent design of the J-bracket, when used with a 12-inch-deep shelf, left a significant amount of flex in the shelf. I ended up drilling an additional hole in each bracket so I could better secure the shelf. Even then, I had to add hidden Z-brackets at each end to eliminate the remaining movement. Overall, the brackets look good and appear to be well made, but I paid a premium price for a bracket system that required additional modification and extra brackets to be fully functional in my application.
