Product Good, Customer Experience NOT Good
I purchased this bracelet for my husband as a birthday gift. Overall, I would say this is a pretty good product. He likes it, but the leather strap is a bit stiff. Perhaps it will soften a little over time. My rating is more reflective of my experience with the company. I paid $46 for overnight shipping, and the package clearly was NOT shipped overnight. I emailed the company to ask for a refund for the difference in shipping, but have never heard from them. Paying for overnight shipping and the package not being shipped overnight, and then NO response from the company regarding same does not make for a Good experience.
