I Should Never Have Learned Of This Pattern :)

It is entirely TOO addictive! I bought it meaning to whip up five to seven little trees for ornaments and whatever...twenty trees later, I am still rummaging around in my stash for random leftovers from other projects in order to whip up a few more. The pattern is extremely well-written and the photos do help. This is a quick, easy little pattern...and I now have at least three different types of trees worked in bulky and superbulky yarn...and it is only the beginning. I am this close to trying to figure out what I can make with an exorbitant amount of these trees because I think they have become my new granny square that I make up with whatever leftover yarn I have on hand... I have these trees on our Christmas tree. We have three different strands of bunting made up of these trees, as well as a bunting of these trees across the outside of our front door. Addictive, they are, I tell you...ADDICTIVE!! And did I mention FAST to work up? Oh yes, they are...

Easy pattern. Turned out beautiful! I sewed a silver star button on top.
