Loved this bump and settings

This is, so amazing and was my most favorite plug because it had a remote control. That is until it broke, which. Was about 4 months after purchase.

Issues with remote

Looks like whether you have the Bump or Bump Plus, there are issues with the On/Off switch. In addition, the remote battery does not fit properly in the remote and causes the remote to work intermittently. Disappointing that we have to ship this back along with the no remote Bump (lasted only a few sessions and then would not charge).
