A handy thing
These serve many needs for my dry eyes and glaucoma:
1. in the shower to protect anything unwanted in my eyes
2. outside to protect these same eyes from anything from windblown pieces of nature
3. protection on the beach and in the water

Good for sleeping
My daughter wears these for protection at night but doesn't like the goggles that seal to your face. These are ideal and have been comfortable for her.

Post Lasik protection fail
Being a rigid frame and I a side sleeper, pressure on my temple and nose I couldn't sleep. Maybe instead of a rigid frame, using a softer frame would be better.
