Toneforge® Menace

made my 8-string purr like a walrus

I’ve spent way too much time trying to squeeze a decent tone out of my cheap 8-string guitar. Most plugins either made it sound like a wet cardboard box or like bees trapped in a tin can. I was about ready to retire the poor thing to wall-art status… then I discovered ToneForge Menace, and to be clear......it was 1/2 price, so i thought "why not" Let me tell you—this plugin rips. I don’t know what kind of sonic sorcery is going on under the hood, but it made my 8-string purr like a walrus... and I mean that in the most majestic, ground-shaking, "get out of the way" kind of way. It’s tight, clear, aggressive, and somehow manages to bring out the best in even the most budget-friendly guitars. The tones are massive right out of the box, and tweaking is super intuitive. I actually found myself enjoying the tone-building process for once instead of fighting with it. Color me impressed (and mildly confused how this plugin is so good). ToneForge Menace is now glued into my signal chain. If you're struggling with tone on a lower-end 8-string, just try this. You might find yourself growling along with your guitar.

Good tone and user friendly

To be hinest I woukdnt have purchased Menacw if it hadnt been $10,only because I already have so many different amp sims but im glad I did. I added it to a dull sound i had as a fillet in a demo track and it brought it to life. The IR loader made all the difference. If you have somw good IR packs then youll easily dial in a great tone. Very much worth a try.

Can’t beat that I got it on sale for $10! Ill take any JST plugin any day ESPECIALLY if they are gonna let me buy for less?!?! Its a great plugin at any rate- added to my arsenal and im keeping it!
