Delicious and low acid
The Sumatra dark roast doesn't bother my stomach the way most dark roasts do. I especially like it for iced mocha lattes, my favorite summer beverage. The Sumatra coffee and chocolate complement each other beautifully.

Nothing but the highest praise
It would be impossible to make a bad cup of coffee with dark roast Sumatra and a french press. I should know -- I've tried! Use too much or too few grounds, too much or too little water, or leave it steeping too long. It's still the best tasting morning get-your-day-going coffee you can find. Foolproof even when you're sleepy or in a big hurry, this is the best, most forgiving, most delicious brew ever.
