Disappointed
Shipping was timely, but expensive. One of the main items I wanted (bag for pipe and drape bases) was out of stock. Customer service was accommodating and refunded me the product price.

Happy
I was looking for a way to make a chupa(wedding canopy)and this company had everything i needed to make a stand alone one. It is a little heavy for me to carry(i am a 5'2 small woman) but it works with some help. Maybe i will look next for wheels to pull it on. All in all happy with my purchase.
It was very nice they had the bags to carry the poles and stands with. Website is well done and was easy to browse.
