Faster than getting them mailed

This is the first time doing an in store pickup and I the whole process was a lot quicker than the orders delivered to my house. I think it took 3-days by the time I ordered the product to reach the store. While it usually takes a couple of weeks if not more to get my order in the mail.

I recommend this store for an online order store pickup as they keep it reqdy for your pickup and also you can try it and then finally decide if you want to keep ot or return for a size or any other issue. Moreover they'll look for you if they have an alternate size available in store to avoid you trouble of ordering again and waiting for shipment.

Pick up and communication was spot on

I ordered the product as it wasn’t available at your stores. It appeared to be an appropriate product, however when I tried the pair on, it was not a good feel or fit for me. Having said that I was fortunate to see one of the managers and he assisted me with an alternative which felt perfect, I bought them and took them home as SVP does not stock the entire running shoe product and do not assess a persons feet ( I.e. pronate or arch conditioning). So I went to a running store that did do a proper assessment and after tried on their recommended shoes. After trying on their recommended shoes I asked if they mind if I brought in the pair I got from SVP and try them on for comparison, to which they were fine with this. I brought them in tried them on and explained these shoes felt better and the representative of the store checked the fit and confirmed they were fine and stated if that’s the more comfortable pair then stick with them.
