Quality and customer service
Letters were missing. . I emailed them 3 times in regards to the issue and email kept bouncing back to me saying error. I ordered 2 sweatshirts and the hat and no response. Sad to say this will be my 1st and last time I order anything. Trying to support small business but not happy with customer service.
