The sizing information provided on the website is inaccurate. I ordered an American size 8, but received a European size 38, which is equivalent to an American size 7. The company does not accept responsibility for this error and requires the customer to pay for all shipping and fees associated with the exchange. This is unacceptable and I will not be ordering from this company again.
