Very good service

I love the case and design. My Westie just died, and this is a perfect memento of her. I am really looking forward to it, but sadly I ordered the wrong size. I have ordered an exchange, but note this is 5 pounds and there is limited clarity on how the exchange works and how long it will take to receive the replacement. Additionally, the shipping was closed/paused over the holidays, but I only found out after ordering. I was offered a refund - but would have appreciated prior warning, especially when deciding what shipment time I would like (as if it were not guaranteed - I would not have chosen expedited shipment). But, overall very excited for this case - hopefully this time I ordered the right size.

Really good quality and durable case. The design is so cute and well made and doesn’t scratch off - would definitely recommend and it also came really quickly in the post
