disappointed
When I received the flowers, the flowers almost dead from the outside heat. Although I had requested an afternoon pickup, they had been prepared in the morning and left outdoors in the scorching weather. My friend was deeply disappointed upon receiving them - this was the third consecutive year I bought the same type of flowers, but each year's quality has been worse than the last.
