Don’t get me wrong. This is by far one of the best investments I’ve made for the business. The only reason I’m giving it a four star review is because I feel like for the amount of money I paid on this machine I would really appreciate that this company would follow up on customers and ask their opinions on some of the experiences people have had on their machines. To Anyone buying this machine, upgrade that plastic water sprayer to clean the inside with a metal one. The plastic one is complete junk, it will leak over time, I experienced this early on within the first two months of owning the machine, and actually had the sprayer get a hairline crack and fail. Regardless, great design awesome Machine definitely worth every penny.
