Light weight conditioner

I took the quiz to see what it would recommend and this was awesome. I normally get the intensive conditioner which I still love, but this conditioned, moisturized, and didn’t weigh my hair down.

Amazing!!

I'm so astonished at the results of the lightweight condition. A little goes a long way, didn't need too much. I left it in my hair for a few minutes, washed it out and babyyyy my hair felt amazing! Thank you!!!

Poor Packaging

I genuinely love this shampoo and conditioner, which is why this experience is so disappointing. The products themselves are amazing, but this is now the **second time** I've ordered them, and the **second time** my shampoo bottle has arrived broken. When I opened the package, nearly half of the shampoo had leaked out. At approximately **$40 per bottle**, it's frustrating to receive a damaged product with so much of it wasted. Whether the damage occurred during shipping or not, the packaging clearly isn't protecting the product well enough. I believe the packaging needs to be improved to prevent this from continuing to happen. I truly enjoy these products and want to continue supporting the brand, but it's difficult to justify paying full price when I'm only receiving about half of the shampoo by the time it reaches me. I hope this issue is addressed because the quality of the products deserves packaging that protects them.
