EcoQube

I have 3 EcoQubes and two RadonEyes. They all seamlessly connected to my WiFi without a problem. I decided to purchase a new EcoQube to replace one RadonEye as I prefer the reporting of the EcoQube. The new one I purchased couldn’t connect to WiFi. I changed my router to 2.4Ghz. I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I reset the modem. I tried different locations. Finally they said to return the item and they would review it before issuing a credit. I will if needed dispute the charge on my credit card if they don’t offer a refund. Many other companies would have sent a new one so yes their customer service is in touch with me they drag the process out

Very easy to set up the connection to my internet and monitor it with my cell phone. I've moved it all over my 3 story house measuring each room and now have peace of mind knowing I don't need to take any corrective measures.

It only works with a certain wifi- 2.4 GHz- If you don't know what kind of wifi you have, you should call your provider before you purchase, which ECOSENSE doesn't tell you to do, so I waited 11 days to get a unit that is not going to work, and now I have to wait for the return forms. I probably won't get all my money back, because according to other reviews they don't consider the fact that it only works with particular wifi a defect. The tech support person thought they could set it up with bluetooth, but was not able to help me do that, so I don't really think they know what they are doing. Very disappointed given it was promised to arrive 6 days ago and now I'm out money and time, and meanwhile I still need to know what the radon levels are in my home.
