I have been taking it for months and it has definitely taken my libido to the next level. You must workout regularly (get your heart rate up) to work in tandem.

Gave me stamina to have a great exercise class!!

I'm a 68 year old woman and I love to walk and go to exercise classes, but it had become so tiring. I had learned about these supplements from a friend and decided to give them a go. So glad I did because I now have energy not only for my exercise classes, but to take my dogs on the long walks they love!! I highly recommend them.
