I loved the product, but the communication from the supplier was lacking. I placed my order in early November 2023, with an expected delivery date in December. However, I wasn't informed of any delays until I reached out and followed up several time. After speaking with the company, they promised delivery in early January, when followed up with multiple emails mid to late January they asked if I would change colours. I asked eta of correct colour and was advised 2 weeks therefore requested to stay with original colour but the product didn't arrive until early March 2024.
