Slate Coaster

Product great, Service not so much.

I ordered the coasters and paid $50 extra to have them delivered in 4-8 days. This company makes custom products and no one checks checks the orders to determine if the product can be delivered on time. Given that the date of the event was printed on the item, it would seem reasonable to me that someone would have called me to say we can't get you your product in time for your event. Unbelievable. I now have 24 coasters that I can't use and the company didn't even offer to refund my $50 when the product didn't arrive on time. Technology is supposed to make us more efficient-to bad no one thought to pay attention and offer some real customer service.

Overall experience was good, order arrived sooner than expected and with 110 pieces, not one was broken. Quality product for the price.....well done

Love Our Slate Coasters

We have not used them yet, they are favors for our guests, but they look AMAZING! Very pleased with these! Can't wait to share these with our guests!
