bamix® BBQ

On my immersion blender, I am enjoying the 4 blades that are easy to exchange, the fact that the blender is so easy to clean, and I'm enjoying making recipes from the bamix BBQ recipe book. I wish bamix would offer written recipe collections to order separately or online, instead of just the online videos (which often do not include amounts of ingredients).

Very cool! Bamix is the Porsche of immersion blenders. I upgraded from 150 watt version to this 200 watt beast. Mine was probably 30 years old and going strong, but I was seduced by a good sale. 🤷
