Comfort!
The liquid inserts are a game changer for comfort. No pain or tingling in the nipples. Milk seems to come out easier, and faster now that I’m more comfortable. You do need to purchase the full liquid inserts ($30 for 1) as replacement parts.

I wasn’t sure if I’d need so many of these but you totally do! When you throw the pump parts in a bag to travel or transport them, these covers come in handy! They also keep the liquid flanges clean while covered…
