SJ Buckles for my panniers
I broke the buckle on my 4 year old panniers. Unfortunately, the new ones are a different design so a simple replacement wasn’t an option. I reached out to customer service and they responded over night. They came up with a work around that cost me around $25. It was an easy 5 minute fix on my end and now everything is back to normal. Thank you!

I needed new bags for my M.M. Rackless 80. My system has served me so well on all of my trips since I bought them in 2019. However that means my buckles on my rackless system had been updated and not compatible with the newer style.
No proble for the awesome customer service support at Mosko Moto. They sent me new buckles for the dry bags so I can attach them to the rackless system.
Great product and support at M.M. I won’t buy any other brand of bag system.
