Hi Fellow, i bought this Slide (Ver 2? oval thumb indent) lid to replace the original, perfect in appearance, but leaky Ver 1 (round thumb indent) lid. I have tried to research what design aspect was changed to remedy the issue. Can you Please answer this basic question? I really want to know. Lastly, I feel good customer service would have discounted the cost of the new lid to faithful Fellow supporters, especially since this was an apparent defect that required a new design modification - that was not the customer's fault. I would really appreciate some kind of partial refund to my credit card as a good faith measure on Fellow's part. Thank you.

I love the new lid we purchased. We had some older Fellow lids that were just not working right. I was a little skeptical about getting a new one, but I'm glad we did. I really enjoyed the experience when we walked into the San Francisco store. Awesomeness!
