Outstanding Service

When I ordered my star, I made a few errors with the wording etc. I emailed the team and they fixed everything immediately, with no fuss at all. Thank you!

I was so excited to receive the product! It is a birthday gift for our son-in-law. I'm sure he will be thrilled. I was, however, very disappointed in the frame. For the money, I expected it to be better quality. It is flimsy and the "glass" is not glass at all, rather a cheap plastic.

Got the bright star package for my wife, but so far we haven't seen it yet. Reason because the star doesn't come into our view until 2 in the morning and only has about an hour window of view time. I specifically got the bright star package since it was described as being one of the early stars you could see when it starts to get dark, but what's the point it it's not even in view for majority of the night.
