Asking for Review before the product has shipped

Hello, I have purchased in the past so I know the product is great. However, I have received multiple requests to leave a review, to make another purchase and my product has not even shipped yet. I received an email saying it was shipped over a week ago but emailed customer service to learn it will be shipped about 8 days later. Perhaps some of the automatic messaging can be tweaked to match the realistic timeline that customers will receive their product. If it takes 14 (BUSINESS) days to ship then do not send multiple review requests after 3 days. It just emphasizes the fact that I'm still waiting on my product. Even still, I will always be a patron of Queen Afua's. Thank you
