I purchased a two-step stool for my mother who is going on 104 years of age. It said in the description it could be modified. It was hard to tell. I received the product, however, the height was not right and could not be modified. I immediately packaged the items and was looking for instructions for return. I did get a response after calling and he called that I would have to pay a $45 stocking fee! Should’ve ordered on Amazon now I am stuck with a very pricey tool that I cannot use. In my opinion, this feels like another take advantage of the elderly product. Not happy at all. I’ll keep it since I would be sacrificing half of the cost of the item.

Took me a little to get used to it, but now it’s great-step up, turn around, and sit down comfortably onto the bed! No more “run and jump” or “Fosbury Flop” getting into bed! Light enough i can move it with one hand for cleaning or making the bed, but sturdy enough to handle my 320lb frame.
