Had to chase for card
I didnt receive card, so had to chase. . Did want to print off ready for Christmas present but now haven't got time will have to forward email.

Disappointing
Sent a high value gift card but the gift message did not get added to the email which isn’t ideal! I wish you did a physical gift card! I sent a message to raise it but didn’t get a relevant reply.
