So what was really terrific was the customer service I got to identify this part. I had written an email, and before I know it, I got a response along with a list of parts for my hollywood bike rack, which was kinda old. This allowed me to order the correct part. And to have it sent out pretty quickly. Much appreciated. In this day where there is a palpable, lack of customer service just about everywhere, this was great. The product is too but it's just a little rubber strap.
