The texture is there, taste is great. My favourite so far has to be the chilli lime(so good), salt and vinegar and garlic. Some of the ingredients are a bit concerning in some flavours(why so many colouring agents are needed among other thing ingredients)as I like natural ingredients. I am new to jerky so I was a bit hesitant to buy. I did have to spit out a few pieces from the teriyaki and campfire flavours because I got a mouth full of fat and idk if thats normal but I really hate the taste of fat and it was 50% fat when I spat it out.
