Great Customer Service

I love my Holywood Racks Ctosstrack Bicycle Rack. I recently purchased it and it is a great rack. On one of my last trips with my bike, I didn't secure the lock properly on the hitch pin and lost the lock. I contacted customer service to purchase a new lock but instead they sent me a new one with the hitch pin. It arrived quickly and I was very thankful. This is my second bike rack from them and I love them both. Great product- great service.
