good service from Hollywood Racks
We informed Hollywood Racks that our Bike Adapter got bent. We bought a second one at RAD in Seattle, but the same thing happened to it. The RAD person had never experienced this problem with any other customer, so we wrote to Hollywood with photo. The person suggested placing the bike with the Adapter on the inside, so that bouncing and start up force doesn’t strain the Adapter. We have made that adjustment to the wheel wells and are ready to try carrying the bikes on the back of the car with the new Adapter. Now, the step through bike will be closest to the car and the non step through bike will be placed on the outside.
When I was at the RAD store recently a woman came up to me to ask if the Hollywood Rack that I have is suitable for the RAD Rover she had just purchased. I raved about how well designed the Hollywood Rack is, and I encouraged her to buy one.
