Coffee Sensor Flow Control Device for E61 groupheads

Just received the flow control device a few days ago. The package did not come with instructions but it's easy enough to find info in Youtube. Installation was easy, only requiring a few minutes. I'm starting to experiment with varying the brew pressure for different effects. Lower pressure shots have a more sour but fruity taste. Higher pressure shots have a more robust taste. It's fun to experiment with the pressure...I never know brew pressure can alter taste in such a dramatic way.

I also bought an Asso Jack leveller, which changed my espresso technique beyond expectations, and a great little scale that measures .01 of a gram (one bean accuracy!).
