I love the chin strap. It comes in handy on windy days, but when it's not windy, I enjoy putting the strap around the back side of the hat. I love the variety that I have to select from, so I do intend to return for more purchases soon.
I do want to say that I initially bought a Hemlock hat through Amazon, same price. That was a mistake. Whoever packed it only put it in a simple bag. No wonder there were flaws in the hat and I had to return it. I decided to give Hemlock one more try, and I went straight to their website...this was a good decision. I ordered 2 hats through the Hemlock website and received it in a nice sturdy box. The quality is awesome! Ladies, here's where you should purchase those wide-brimmed hats to protect your skin from the sun. You'll thank me later...😊😊
