Rum Punch Beard Balm

Great product, even greater customer service!

My order to Canada got delayed due to adverse weather. When the customer care team reached out to see how I liked the product, I simply stated that I hadn't received it yet. They go on to contact fed ex and inquired about my package, eventually getting to the bottom of it, and they cc'd me in every email. Maybe other companies do this aswell, but I've never had the privilege of watching a company go above and beyond like that for a single customer. Especially since my order was only like $50. So for the customer care service, I rate them 5 stars, even if I disliked the product. Which, as it turns out, I love aswell. The product feels good and smells wonderful. So 10/10 🌟 will be purchasing again

Hmmmmm. Firstly, I tried to purchase this item through a different site at almost half the price and each time you cancelled the order stating you had no stock. So, the second time I also ordered it from yourself at the same time. Coincidentally through the other site you had no stock again but shockingly you sent me some because you actually did have stock. I understand completely from a business perspective because the other site had it for sale at half the price(almost) but have the courtesy to ask them to remove the item if you're unwilling to fulfil orders because of the price they're selling it for. Saying that, I love the product!! But I do believe you've used a little too much of a certain ingredient because it's almost like moustache wax. I'll certainly be buying it again because it not only smells amazing but my new partner loves it too 😝. Bestest regards, Andrew. Ps, apologies for the moan 😉

Better than any of the main branded beard products!

I picked this up for my husband on a whim and I've never looked back! I've bought him all kinds of beard wash, oil, wax, balm from the common main brands and they've all left his beard and face itchy, dry, hard and sticky, but not this! This balm makes his beard soft, hydrated, smooth, silky to touch and it smells AMAZING! His beard and face smell so good! I'm so glad I've discovered this. We won't waste our money on anything else now.
