Outstanding travel bag
I am recently retired and for years used a Samsonite Messenger Bag for travelling. It was getting too heavy, with too many pockets, didn't expand and didn't have wheels. I am now in airports almost every month and I wanted a solid bag with wheels that I could use for a small laptop, some reading material, water, a sandwich, space for some snacks and earbuds and a convenient place to store my passport and travel information. After searching for months I bought the Solo Underseat Rolling Case. It is absolutely perfect. It is lightweight, made from recyclable material (which I appreciate) and completely zips up so nothing ever falls out. I wanted something that would easily store under a plane seat and it does. When going through TSA I can easily and quickly put everything on me in the bag. I was not looking for an overnight bag because they are much larger, but recently when getting off a cruise there was more than enough space for that last days change of clothes and toiletries. It is holding up very well. I love the color-it looks contemporary. My one recommendation is that you put a strap on the back so that it would slip onto the handle of a larger suitcase. I solved this problem with a $10 suitcase bungee from Amazon and it works great.

The size was what I was looking for but the actual luggage did not look anything like the picture on your website. It is flimsy and the front looked like a softsided backpack without any form in the front. The back was as pictured and was form. I have contacted your company and have sent it back to you with the necessary papers. Thank you for your full return of my payment. Diane Kaufman
