I began taking creatine several months ago and was just buying it at my gym. Then I discovered EC Sports and their creatine was 33% cheaper, just as potent. The only reason why four stars instead of five is that the scoop is so short for the large canister! Longer scoop = ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very effective. I like to mix it with a little warm water to make sure it all dissolves, then add some grape juice to speed up the uptake with good carbs. Old school! And delicious.

Powder dissolves really well into any drink. Flavorless and great quality. Mix it daily with my electrolytes.
