Just popped right out of the pan!
I ordered the Breadwinner pan in Broccoli. I used it to make pumpkin bread for Thanksgiving. When it was time to remove the bread from the pan, it came out super easy! I only wish it was just a little bigger, but the bread seemed to bake perfectly!

Literally the best.
TBH, I only made my first purchase with GJ because of the name (as a Jones myself) and because the colors of the pans are cute. But this is literally and actually the best breadpan I have ever used (and I've used several). It's perfect every single time. EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I'm not even that great of a baker. Heck, my 12-year-old is learning to bake bread (yeast and quick), and even her first tries turn out of this pan like magic. She made a double batch of sandwich bread earlier this week, but we only have one GJ bread pan so she baked two loaves: one in the GJ pan and another in a random glass loaf dish. Surprise: only one baked up and came out of the pan looking like a magazine cover, and it wasn't the one in the glass dish. So we'll be buying a second GJ bread pan, and probably the heart pan, and maybe another 9x9 (could wax poetic about that one, too), and absolutely would buy a 9x13 if GJ comes out with one (please, please, please, please).
