I originally gave 1 star because I was charged for shipping multiple times for my subscription that exceeded the free shipping limit, and they would not refund the shipping charges or give me a credit for an equal amount. I am updating it to 4 stars because they did end up refunding me for all of the mistaken shipping costs and sent me a gift card equal to the amount of my last order. That is a great customer service response, but I am keeping a star because I don't feel like they would have done this if I didn't make a big fuss about it online. I left about 23 bad reviews identical to this one a few hours ago, and I'm going to update them all as well because I do appreciate that the problem was resolved. I still do not intend to return as a customer, but I never had a problem with their vitamins and their company is trying to do good.
