Helpful service, reasonable price

I broke the remote for my adjustable bed and called to get a replacement. I was expecting a ridiculous price. But when I found it on line it was very reasonable, but showed out of stock. I called the company support line and spoke with a very knowledgeable rep who corrected the inventory and expedited the shipment. VERY SATISFIED
