Honoring commitments
This was one of the easiest warranty replacements I have had of any product. With the decreasing emphasis on customer protection, it's nice to see a company that actually honors their lifetime warranty. The new glasses look great, and the shipping process was quick and easy as well.

Disappointed
These were replacements for glasses you have out of stock and are my FAV!! After emailing back and forth, non one told me these are for MEN and the arms are longer than usual. Cannot wear them. Gave them to my husband.
