Great service
So far I'm loving these new glasses. The lenses seem to be high quality and scratch resistant. The frames are very well made - due to the material of wood they are more fragile but I expected this already. When my son broke the frames (due to no fault of the design), the company stood by their product and helped me to get a replacement. I'm about to order another pair as I liked the first ones so much.

Great glasses, great service
The glasses are very well made and the perscription lenses were accurate. The service, however, was the real star here. Customer service helped with my insurance company, and my initial pair had a defect that was quickly corected. Great experience!

Damaged frame and uneven
Ordering was easy, processing and shipping time was not fast, but reasonable, unfortunately, the frame has a scratch on the side, and is not even to the point that it felt very uncomfortable when wearing them, and it is obvious to anyone.
